Following the current guidelines, I'm thrilled to say that I can now reintroduce in person One-to-One Personal Training sessions!
These will of course take place outdoors and can use no or minimal equipment, depending on what you have available. Now is the perfect time to try Personal Training, it'll help to keep you active and healthy, but is incredible in helping to fight off stress and keep you mentally well. And you get to see a friendly face you don't live with!
I'm still offering online One-to-One and group PT sessions as well. These are taking place on Zoom or FaceTime and offers a fun way to "see" your friends and family and stay well together.
My free online Burlexercise classes are continuing to run every Monday at 5.30pm and Saturday at 10am on Zoom. Everyone is welcome to join and you don't need to have attended a class before to join in!
